• Description- This gang was founded by Dart Tongue to gain power and wealth while also doing good works. Its members can be considered anti-heroes since they combat other criminal gangs and even supervillains. The membership hierarchy is divided into the Hireling (the leader), Majordomos (the Hireling’s personal attendants), Chiefs (managers and other Hireling attendants), Captains (other high-level members and some Chief attendants), and Valiant Ones (low-level members and some Captain Attendants).
